Accordingly, implementing the guidance of the Ministry of Public Security on considering rank promotion and salary increase, the Standing Party Committee and the Board of Directors of Ha Tinh Provincial Police have directed units to review and make a list to propose the Minister of Public Security and the Director of the Provincial Police to consider and decide on rank promotion and salary increase for the year 2023 for officers and soldiers in the Ha Tinh Police force.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province presented the decision of the Ministry of Public Security to promote the rank and raise the salary from lieutenant colonel to colonel to the Director of the Provincial Police Department, Nguyen Hong Phong.
In this promotion and salary increase, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Hong Phong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of Ha Tinh Provincial Police was promoted from Lieutenant Colonel to Colonel; 11 comrades were promoted from Lieutenant Colonel to Lieutenant Colonel of the People's Public Security.
Speaking at the ceremony, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Vo Chau Tuan - Head of Vu Quang District Police, on behalf of the comrades who were promoted in rank and salary in 2023, thanked the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security and the Director of the Provincial Police for their attention and support to the officers and soldiers.
Lieutenant Colonel Vo Chau Tuan promises to continue studying, cultivating, training and striving to improve; always upholding the qualities of a revolutionary police officer, ready to receive and complete well all assigned tasks.

At the ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Hong Phong - Director of the Provincial Police congratulated the officers and soldiers who were promoted in rank and raised in salary in 2023.
