Director of Bac Giang Police Department becomes Chief of Office of Ministry of Public Security

Accordingly, the leaders of the Department of Organization and Personnel announced the decision of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer of Colonel Nguyen Quoc Toan (born in 1978, Director of Bac Giang Provincial Police) to take up the position of Chief of Office of the Ministry of Public Security from today.

Colonel Nguyen Quoc Toan was born in 1978.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Public Security Tran Quoc To asked the new Chief of Office of the Ministry of Public Security to promote his experience, knowledge, and intelligence together with the team to continue to perform well the work of advising, proposing, and coordinating according to the assigned functions and tasks.

At the same time, take the lead in coordinating well the work of receiving information, analyzing and processing reports, and forecasting situations related to policies and laws on ensuring security and order as well as Party building and building the people's public security force.

Actively coordinate with agencies under central ministries, branches, local Party committees and authorities in performing all aspects of public security work; maintain good performance of the function of spokesperson and providing information to the press according to the regulations of the functions of the Ministry Office...

Colonel Nguyen Quoc Toan is from Hai Phong City. In March 2021, he was appointed Director of Bac Giang Provincial Police. At that time, he was the youngest provincial police director in the country.
