Solving problems related to site clearance for wastewater treatment facilities in Ba Be Lake area and Cho Moi Expressway

According to the report of the Department of Construction, as of April 16, the Ba Be Lake Wastewater Collection and Treatment System Project has recorded some positive changes. In Quang Khe commune, after implementing administrative enforcement combined with mobilization, all 4 households in Cho Leng village agreed to receive compensation, support, and resettlement. The Project Management Board paid 847 million VND and handed over the treatment station site to the contractor on April 12. However, in Nam Mau commune, site clearance is still facing difficulties. Despite many mobilizations and persuasion, 3/4 of households in Bo Lu village still did not agree to receive support money because they thought the price was still low.

The site clearance sub-project of the Cho Moi - Bac Kan road construction investment project is still slow due to problems in determining the origin of the land, disagreement on compensation prices and lack of funds in the measurement and inventory of assets. Some sections of the route have not completed legal documents to submit for approval of compensation plans...

After listening to the relevant units discuss, clarify the causes and propose specific solutions for each project, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dinh Quang Tuyen emphasized that the Wastewater Collection and Treatment System Project in the villages around Ba Be Lake is an urgent environmental project that cannot be delayed any further. Therefore, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Ba Be District People's Committee to urgently coordinate with the investor to continue to mobilize households in Bo Lu village. If consensus is not reached, they will resolutely enforce the project in accordance with the law. The units must ensure the progress of handing over the site in May so that the contractor can carry out the construction as planned.

Regarding the site clearance sub-project of the Cho Moi - Bac Kan road construction investment project, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dinh Quang Tuyen requested the Provincial Traffic Works Project Management Board to closely coordinate with the Cho Moi District People's Committee and the Bac Kan City Land Fund Development Center to focus on thoroughly handling bottlenecks in legal documents, land measurement, and land origin verification. The Department of Agriculture and Environment provides guidance, professional support, and resolves obstacles in the fields of land and environment.../.
