Implementing Project 1 on solving the shortage of residential land, housing, production land, and domestic water under the National Target Program 1719 in Nghe An, the development investment capital from the central budget allocated in 2022 is 46 billion 735 million VND; in 2023 it is 30 billion 891 million VND; the career capital from the central budget allocated in 2022 is 17 billion 890 million VND, the local budget allocated a counterpart of 1 billion 789 million VND and in 2023 it is 49 billion 71 million VND.

Regarding land support, in the 2021-2025 period, the total central capital plan allocated to Nghe An province to implement this content is 1 billion 24 million VND to support 31 households. Of which, Ky Son district is 11 households. Tuong Duong district is 10 households. Que Phong district is 10 households. In 2022, the Provincial People's Committee has assigned 100% of the capital plan of the period for localities to implement. The districts have approved the subjects for support, with a budget of 40 million VND/household.

Regarding housing support, in the period of 2021-2025, the central budget capital plan allocated to Nghe An province to implement housing support is more than 25 billion VND to support 632 households. The Provincial People's Committee has allocated funds for localities to implement in 2022, which is 12.6 billion VND (315 households); in 2023, it is 7.16 billion VND (179 households).

In the support for production land and job conversion in the period of 2021-2025, the central budget allocated to the province to implement the content of supporting production land is 30.15 billion VND to support 1,340 households. Accordingly, in 2022 and 2023, due to many reasons, the allocation to localities for implementation has not yet been implemented.

Over the past years, the Ethnic Minorities Committee of Nghe An province has advised, concretized, and flexibly applied ethnic policies into practice, contributing to promoting socio-economic development, reducing the poverty rate, and building cultural life among ethnic minorities. Mr. Vi Van Son, Head of the Ethnic Minorities Committee of Nghe An province, said that in the coming time, in order to continue caring for ethnic minorities, the Ethnic Minorities Committee of Nghe An province needs to proactively advise the Provincial Party Committee to issue a Resolution on the implementation of ethnic policies. In addition, actively advise the Provincial People's Committee to develop a specific plan for the National Target Program 1719, period 2021 - 2030, in which the Ethnic Minorities Committee is the Standing agency, the focal point in organizing the implementation of the program. At the same time, the Ethnic Minorities Committee continues to implement key programs and projects to create a "leverage" for development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas. In order to complete the objectives of the plan to implement Project 1 as planned, Nghe An province is resolutely implementing a number of specific solutions and tasks. Accordingly, Nghe An province will promote the dissemination of the objectives and tasks of the National Target Programs to the community in order to create consensus and actively respond to promote the combined strength of the whole society in implementing the Program in general and the projects in particular. In addition, continue to build and perfect mechanisms, policies, directive documents, management, and implementation of the contents of Project 1 in conjunction with reviewing and approving the list of beneficiaries of residential land and production land according to regulations. In addition, strengthen the inspection and supervision of the implementation results of the Program to ensure regularity and continuity. Provincial departments, branches and sectors, based on their assigned functions and tasks, regularly inspect and supervise the implementation results of the assigned contents; urge and guide the implementation.
