Who would have thought that when I came here for examination, I found out that I had cataracts. According to the doctor's advice, to see clearly again, I need to have surgery soon.” Mr. Tran Minh (70 years old, Ninh Hai ward) confided: “It has been a long time since the ward has had a volunteer group come to examine the eyes of the people.
