The 36-hole PGA NovaWorld Phan Thiet golf course complex is considered the perfect destination for professional tournaments.
Mr. Huynh Ngoc Tam - Deputy Director of Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism said: Binh Thuan Golf Tournament - Green Convergence 2023 organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism is part of the series of events of National Tourism Year 2023 "Binh Thuan - Green Convergence" and Celebrating the 28th anniversary of Binh Thuan Tourism Day (October 24, 1995 - October 24, 2023).
The tournament will officially take place on October 14, attracting nearly 200 golfers from golf clubs and associations in Binh Thuan and neighboring provinces and cities such as Ninh Thuan, Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Lam Dong, Khanh Hoa. Golfers will compete in individual stroke play for men and women in 3 groups based on Handicap: Group A, Group B, Group C.
The highlight of the Binh Thuan Golf Tournament - Green Convergence 2023 also comes from the new and fascinating experiences of the tournament venue - PGA NovaWorld Phan Thiet Golf Course Complex. This is also a fundraising tournament to support 28 poor students who have overcome difficulties to study well in Tien Thanh commune, Phan Thiet city and to donate to the province's "Step by Step for Children to Go to School" fund.
The 36-hole PGA NovaWorld Phan Thiet golf course complex is a prominent facility located in the heart of the 1,000-hectare NovaWorld Phan Thiet Economic Tourism and Entertainment Urban Area, designed by the legendary Greg Norman. This is also the only golf course complex in Vietnam that meets the standards and has exclusive copyright from the Professional Golfers Association of America (PGA) to organize tournaments within this organization system.
The Binh Thuan Golf Tournament - Green Convergence 2023 also has the support and companionship of the business community inside and outside the province, travel companies, resort tourism, hotels, resorts with the same goal of creating more diversity and attractiveness for the chain of activities in the National Tourism Year 2023.
