The report at the conference said that in 5 years (2020 - 2024), the entire provincial inspection sector conducted 1,028 administrative inspections; issued 969 inspection conclusions; discovered violations of 214.18 billion VND and 361,555m2 of land; recommended to recover and pay to the State budget 131.852 billion VND and 315,737m2 of land.
The industry proposed to rectify, reduce the settlement value, and handle other matters of 82,328 billion VND and 45,818m2 of land; proposed to review the responsibilities of 965 groups and 1,260 individuals; proposed to transfer 12 cases to the Investigation Police Agency and transfer case information to the Investigation Police Agency for review according to authority in 4 cases. Recovered and paid to the State budget 140,609 billion VND and 634,261m2 of land.
Regarding specialized inspection and examination work, the whole sector has organized 1,431 inspections; detected and handled 3,322 organizations and individuals violating; detected violations of VND 88.419 billion, recommended to recover and pay to the State budget VND 79.844 billion, recommended other handling of VND 8.575 billion; imposed administrative fines of VND 32.898 billion; transferred 1 case to the Investigation Police Agency.
According to Deputy Chief Inspector of the province Huynh Ngoc Tien, through inspection work, the sector promptly detected violations, corrected and overcame shortcomings, limitations and inadequacies in state management in the following areas: Financial management, basic construction investment, land management and use, regimes and policies....
At the same time, through the inspection, it recommended that competent authorities strictly handle violations, contributing to preventing and fighting corruption and waste, improving the effectiveness of state management, stabilizing and developing the province's socio-economy.
Over the past five years, the Provincial Inspectorate has been awarded the Third Class Independence Medal by the President, 1 Excellent Emulation Flag by the Government, 1 Certificate of Merit by the Government Inspectorate, 1 Certificate of Merit by the Provincial People's Committee Chairman and is currently proposing the Government Inspectorate for an Excellent Emulation Flag.
The collective inspectors of units, localities, professional departments and the Provincial Inspectorate Office were awarded 1 Third-class Labor Medal by the President, 9 Excellent Emulation Flags and 16 Certificates of Merit by the Provincial People's Committee Chairman, 7 Certificates of Merit by the Government Inspectorate and many Certificates of Merit from superior ministries and branches, and Certificates of Merit from the Provincial Inspectorate Chief.
Individuals in the industry were awarded 5 Third-class Labor Medals by the President, 4 Certificates of Merit by the Prime Minister and many Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Government Inspectorate and many Certificates of Merit from the Ministry, superior branches, Certificates of Merit from the Provincial Inspectorate...
