Rescuing a man trapped on the roof of a 3-story building in Ho Chi Minh City

Discovering a man stuck on the roof of a 3-story house in Ho Chi Minh City, people called the rescue team to come to the rescue.

On December 15, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police of Go Vap District (HCMC) said that the unit had just rescued a person named NH (born in 1991), trapped on the 3rd floor of a house at 137/1 Truong Dang Que, Ward 3.

At around 7am the same day, the unit received information that H. was stuck on the roof of a 3-storey house, so they immediately arrived to deploy a rescue plan.

Through information gathering, the subject H. suffered a dislocated left ankle and could not move. H. is also suspected of being high on drugs and is not a resident of the house above.

Police approached the location of the trapped subject and brought the victim to the ground safely.

At the same time, hand H. over to Ward 3 Police for handling.
