S-Race 2025 in Ha Tinh: More than 10,000 student athletes compete

On the morning of March 29, at Tran Phu Square (Ha Tinh City), the S-Race 2025 student race took place, attracting more than 10,000 athletes who are students (from primary to high school), parents and teachers to compete.

Of which, more than 4,000 athletes directly participated in the event and more than 6,000 athletes responded in localities in the province.

The competition contents of S-Race Ha Tinh are divided into 3 age groups: primary school students (6 - 11 years old); secondary school students (11 - 15 years old); high school students (15 - 18 years old), with competition distances from 1 km to 3 km.

The Organizing Committee awarded individual prizes from first to tenth place based on the finishing achievements of each athlete; 3 collective prizes (corresponding to 3 levels of education) to the unit with the most participating athletes. The total prize value of S-Race Ha Tinh is 132 million VND.

In addition to the official competition contents, S-Race Ha Tinh also had the participation of 1,400 teachers, parents, primary school students, and secondary school students in the running activities in response to S-Race Family and S-Race School.

At the program, the Vietnam Record Organization also awarded a certificate of record for "The school race in the form of live and online with the largest number of athletes participating" to the Organizing Committee of the S-Race 2024 race. The World Record Organization also confirmed that S-Race 2024 is the school race with the largest number of athletes participating in the world.

This is the first time a Vietnamese school race has achieved a world record, with the participation of 112,367 students, parents and teachers in activities, and the response of 63/63 provinces and cities.
