Team Jesko Absolute won VBIC season 2. |
With the argument that "young people today care about health, love organic food, but they are not easy to believe, hard to convince, and have not felt the real connection from a brand like Greenfarm", the Jesko Absolute team won the first prize, consisting of 3 students from Hanoi : Dinh Vu Minh Tuan - Vinschool The Harmony; Do Nhat Minh - Vinschool The Harmony; Tran Kim Ngan - Foreign Language Specialized School) and proposed a 3-phase strategy.
Phase 1: Create an emotional connection with the message "Embrace Your Mental Health", aiming to encourage young people to take care of themselves, understanding that organic milk is not only good for the body but also brings relaxation and balance to the mind.
Phase 2: Deploying the first virtual farm in Vietnam, allowing users to monitor the process of raising cows, milking and processing milk in real time - a breakthrough in production transparency. Along with that is the "Cow Voting" campaign - customers vote for their favorite "cow". Every 4 boxes of Greenfarm milk will be a vote, creating a loop of consumption and interaction. Winners receive gifts, those who do not win can continue playing.
Phase 3: Strengthen the community through emotional care activities, sharing user stories, and organizing “Green Talk” sessions - a space for young people to talk about health, lifestyle, and belief in clean food.
According to the three young people, this strategy not only solves the problem of increasing sales but also creates a different Greenfarm image: both high-end and friendly, especially emotionally attached to young people - a solid foundation for building long-term loyalty.
With smart strategies and convincing answers to many questions from the judges, the Jesko Absolute team won the First Prize.

The third prize of VBIC season 2 belongs to a group of 11th grade female students from Nguyen Du High School for the Gifted, Dak Lak province. |
Third prize went to a group of 11th grade female students from Nguyen Du High School for the Gifted, Dak Lak province, including: Nguyen Le Bao Thy, Ho Hoang Ngoc Anh and Nguyen Hoang Tu Trinh, who excelled over 200 competing teams to win third prize with the idea of putting costumes of 54 ethnic groups on milk carton packaging, with the message "For milk, wear the soul of the nation".
Specifically, the group proposed changing the packaging with a design that features the traditional costumes of 54 Vietnamese ethnic groups. Each milk carton will be integrated with a unique QR code. When scanning the code, customers will experience trying on traditional costumes using augmented reality (AR) technology, while also listening to the cultural story typical of that ethnic group.
" Each QR code is a surprise, customers will not know in advance which ethnic costume they will be transformed into until they scan the code. We hope this will arouse curiosity and the desire to collect all 54 ethnic costumes, thereby promoting repeat purchase behavior and increasing the connection between the brand and customers, especially Gen Z ," the group shared.
With the final third prize, 3 female students received 40% scholarships for 4 years of bachelor's program at Fulbright University Vietnam, equivalent to more than 2 billion VND.
