Specifically, the price of E5 RON92 gasoline decreased by 38 VND/liter, not higher than 19,692 VND/liter. The price of RON95 gasoline decreased by 68 VND/liter, not higher than 20,894 VND/liter.
Meanwhile, diesel price also decreased by 264 VND/liter, to 18,057 VND/liter. Kerosene price decreased by 57 VND/liter, not higher than 18,570 VND/liter. Fuel oil price alone increased by 139 VND/kg, not higher than 16,229 VND/kg.
During this period, the executive agency continued not to set aside or use the price stabilization fund for all goods.

The average price of finished petroleum products in the world between the price adjustment period on October 17 and the adjustment period on October 24 was: 79.718 USD/barrel of RON92 gasoline used to blend E5 RON92 gasoline (down 1.284 USD/barrel); 85.946 USD/barrel of RON95 gasoline (down 1.504 USD/barrel); 86.918 USD/barrel of kerosene (down 1.520 USD/barrel); 85.934 USD/barrel of diesel oil (down 2.706 USD/barrel); 459.390 USD/ton of fuel oil (down 1.222 USD/ton).
In the recent adjustment period on October 17, the price of E5 RON92 gasoline decreased by 116 VND/liter, not higher than 19,730 VND/liter. The price of RON95 gasoline decreased by 99 VND/liter, not higher than 20,962 VND/liter.
Diesel price decreased by 179 VND/liter, to 18,321 VND/liter. Kerosene price decreased by 163 VND/liter, not higher than 18,627 VND/liter. Only fuel oil price increased by 179 VND/kg, to 16,090 VND/kg.
