Specifically, the price of E5 RON92 gasoline decreased by VND292/liter compared to the current base price, not higher than VND19,452/liter. The price of RON95 gasoline decreased by VND247/liter, not higher than VND20,607/liter.
Prices of all types of oil also decreased simultaneously. Of which, diesel price decreased by 344 VND/liter, not higher than 18,573 VND/liter. Kerosene price decreased by 306 VND/liter, not higher than 18,988 VND/liter and fuel oil price decreased by 385 VND/kg, not higher than 16,009 VND/kg.

According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the world oil market in this management period (from November 7, 2024 to November 13, 2024) is affected by factors such as: OPEC reduces its forecast for global oil demand growth in 2024 and the following year, the USD appreciates, conflicts in the Middle East and military conflicts between Russia and Ukraine continue...
The above factors have caused world oil prices to increase and decrease in recent days depending on the product, but the main trend is downward.
The average price of finished petroleum products in the world between the price adjustment period on November 7, 2024 and the adjustment period on November 14, 2024 is: 78.254 USD/barrel of RON92 gasoline used to blend E5 RON92 gasoline (down 1.716 USD/barrel); 84.128 USD/barrel of RON95 gasoline (down 1.372 USD/barrel); 89.068 USD/barrel of kerosene (down 1.842 USD/barrel); 88.638 USD/barrel of diesel oil (down 2.055 USD/barrel); 450.204 USD/ton of fuel oil (down 14.151 USD/ton).
In the adjustment period on November 7, the price of E5 RON92 gasoline increased by 336 VND/liter, to 19,744 VND/liter; the price of RON95 gasoline increased by 351 VND/liter, to 20,854 VND/liter.
Meanwhile, the prices of many types of oil also increased: diesel price increased by 769 VND/liter, up to 18,917 VND/liter; kerosene price increased by 461 VND/liter, up to 19,294 VND/liter. In contrast, fuel oil price decreased by 67 VND/kg, not higher than 16,394 VND/kg.
