Specifically, the price of E5 RON92 gasoline decreased by 292 VND/liter compared to the current base price, not exceeding 19,452 VND/liter. The price of RON95 gasoline decreased by 247 VND/liter, not exceeding 20,607 VND/liter.
Prices of all types of fuel also decreased simultaneously. Specifically, diesel fuel decreased by 344 VND/liter, not exceeding 18,573 VND/liter. Kerosene decreased by 306 VND/liter, not exceeding 18,988 VND/liter, and fuel oil decreased by 385 VND/kg, not exceeding 16,009 VND/kg.

In this price adjustment period, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance continue to neither allocate funds nor utilize the fuel price stabilization fund for these products.
According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the global oil market during this price adjustment period (from November 7th, 2024 to November 13th, 2024) will be affected by factors such as: OPEC lowering its forecast for global oil demand growth in 2024 and the following year, the appreciation of the US dollar, conflicts in the Middle East, and the ongoing military conflict between Russia and Ukraine…
The factors mentioned above have caused world oil prices to fluctuate in recent days, with some products rising and others falling, but the trend has been predominantly downward.
The average price of refined petroleum products in the world between the price adjustment period of November 7, 2024 and the price adjustment period of November 14, 2024 is as follows: 78.254 USD/barrel for RON92 gasoline used to blend E5 RON92 gasoline (down 1.716 USD/barrel); 84.128 USD/barrel for RON95 gasoline (down 1.372 USD/barrel); 89.068 USD/barrel for kerosene (down 1.842 USD/barrel); 88.638 USD/barrel for diesel fuel (down 2.055 USD/barrel); 450.204 USD/ton for fuel oil (down 14.151 USD/ton).
At the price adjustment on November 7th, the price of E5 RON92 gasoline increased by 336 VND/liter, to 19,744 VND/liter; the price of RON95 gasoline increased by 351 VND/liter, to 20,854 VND/liter.
Meanwhile, the prices of many types of oil also increased: diesel oil increased by 769 VND/liter, to 18,917 VND/liter; kerosene increased by 461 VND/liter, to 19,294 VND/liter. Conversely, the price of mazut decreased by 67 VND/kg, not exceeding 16,394 VND/kg.
