Gasoline and oil prices increased by 490-780 VND/liter from 3:00 p.m. on April 24.

Specifically, compared to the previous week's adjustment period, the price of RON 95 gasoline (the popular type on the market) today was adjusted up by 780 VND/liter, the retail price is 19,630 VND/liter.

Similarly, the price of E5 RON 92 gasoline increased by 740 VND/liter, the retail price increased to 19,230 VND/liter. The price of diesel increased by 490 VND/liter, the retail price was 17,520 VND/liter. Like previous management periods, the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance still did not use the Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund in today's management period.

Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Circular 18, amending, supplementing, and abolishing a number of regulations in circulars regulating petroleum trading. Notably, this circular abolishes regulations on interdisciplinary teams regulating petroleum prices; regulations on methods for calculating base prices; mechanisms for forming, managing, and using the Price Stabilization Fund and regulating petroleum prices.
