Today's world oil prices

World oil prices in today's trading session (June 29th, Vietnam time): WTI crude oil is at $81.46 per barrel, down $0.28 per barrel, or 0.34%. WTI crude oil closed the previous trading session at $81.74 per barrel and opened today's session at $81.88 per barrel.

Brent crude oil was trading at $84.84 per barrel, down $0.42 per barrel, or 0.49%. Brent closed the previous trading session at $85.26 per barrel and opened this morning's session at $85.28 per barrel.

Analysts say escalating cross-border tensions between Israel and Hezbollah are raising concerns that a wider conflict could draw in other countries, including major oil producer Iran. Many leaders and experts fear that any spread of conflict could significantly impact crude oil supplies from the Middle East.

Domestic fuel prices today

On June 29th, the retail prices of gasoline and diesel fuel, according to Petrolimex 's published price list in Zone 1 and Zone 2 (applied in 46 provinces and cities), are as follows:

The aforementioned domestic retail prices of petroleum products were adjusted by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Industry and Trade at the price adjustment meeting on the afternoon of June 28th. Accordingly, the price of E5 gasoline increased by 506 VND/liter; the price of RON 95 gasoline increased by 544 VND/liter; the price of diesel was also adjusted up by 329 VND/liter; kerosene increased by 258 VND/liter; and fuel oil increased by 223 VND/kg.

Today's fuel discounts

The discounted prices of petroleum products today, June 29th, at some domestic gas stations are as follows:

Pvoil applies the following discounts on June 29th: RON 95-III gasoline: 1,300 VND/liter discount, RON 95-III gasoline: 1,300 VND/liter discount, E5 gasoline: 1,200 VND/liter discount. These discounts apply at Pvoil Dinh Vu, Petec An Hai, and Cai Lan depots.

Tu Luc fuel company's discounts on June 29th are as follows: Diesel: 1,250 VND/liter, RON 95 - III gasoline: 1,250 VND/liter, E5 gasoline: 1,150 VND/liter.

MIPEC fuel price discounts on June 29th: RON 95 gasoline: 1,200 VND/liter; E5 gasoline: 1,000 VND/liter; diesel: 1,250 VND/liter.

Forecast of domestic gasoline and diesel prices for the next period.

According to a representative of a petroleum business, domestic fuel prices will fluctuate according to the global fuel situation. It is predicted that in this afternoon's price adjustment, fuel prices will likely reverse and decrease.

Since the beginning of the year, starting from the price adjustment on January 4th, gasoline prices have increased 15 times and decreased 11 times. Diesel prices have increased 14 times and decreased 12 times.
