Gia Vien Meeting to celebrate Vietnamese Entrepreneurs Day and Vietnamese Women's Day

On the morning of October 7, the District Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Gia Vien district held a meeting to celebrate Vietnamese Entrepreneurs Day October 13 and Vietnamese Women's Day October 20.

Attending the meeting were comrade Hoang Manh Hung, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council; Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thanh, Chairman of the Provincial Business Association, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Xuan Thanh Economic Group; district leaders, businessmen, members of the Gia Vien District Women Leaders and Managers Club.

Established in 2016, the District Business Association currently has 86 members. Over the years, the District Business Association has enhanced its role and responsibility, acting as a bridge representing the voices and legitimate interests of its members and businesses in the area.

In the first 9 months of 2023, the world and domestic economic situation has many fluctuations, many businesses lack production orders, lack operating capital, and face difficulties in production and business. However, Gia Vien district has accompanied businesses, implemented many synchronous solutions to remove difficulties, continued to create a favorable environment for investment, business, support and business development.

Local businesses have made efforts to gradually overcome difficulties, actively participating in local economic, social and social security development activities with the Party Committee and authorities at all levels, striving to complete the set goals.

Gia Vien district leaders presented flowers to congratulate business representatives and female leaders and managers clubs in the area.

At the meeting, the Women's Leadership and Management Club and delegates reviewed the 93-year history of the establishment and development of the Vietnam Women's Union. Currently, the Gia Vien District Women's Leadership and Management Club has 36 members. Together with women across the country and in the province, over the years, Gia Vien women have promoted their good qualities and traditions; strived in labor, production and work; and actively responded to patriotic emulation movements.

Thereby, it has made an important contribution to completing and exceeding the main targets and plans set by the district. In all areas of social life, women have left their mark, including the contributions of female leaders, managers and cadres.
