Pork price today April 15: Continues to stabilize

The latest survey shows that the price of live pigs continues to increase in some northern provinces and cities. Specifically, the price of live pigs in Nam Dinh increased by one, reaching 68,000 VND/kg; Hanoi , Hung Yen and Bac Giang all reached 69,000 VND/kg; Thai Binh increased to 70,000 VND/kg.

Thus, currently, 70,000 VND/kg is the highest recorded in the Northern region. In the remaining localities, the price of live pigs remains in the range of 67,000 - 69,000 VND/kg.

After many days of mixed fluctuations, live pig prices in the Central Highlands and Central regions all stabilized this morning.

Pigs in this area are being purchased at prices ranging from 67,000 - 73,000 VND/kg. Of which, Lam Dong, Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan are the provinces with pig prices reaching 73,000 VND/kg, the highest in the region.

Similarly, the price of live pigs in the southern provinces and cities also remained stable this morning, trading in the range of 72,000 - 74,000 VND/kg.

According to the survey, Dong Thap, Tay Ninh, Dong Nai, Tien Giang, Ben Tra, Kien Giang and Ca Mau are the provinces with live pig prices reaching 74,000 VND/kg, the highest in the country.

In general, the price of live pigs continued to increase slightly in some northern provinces and temporarily stagnated in the central and southern regions this morning. Currently, the selling price of live pigs nationwide ranges from 67,000 - 74,000 VND/kg.
