Premium Ri6 durian (VIP) is purchased at a price ranging from 65,000 to 70,000 VND/kg, while grade A is around 55,000 to 58,000 VND/kg. Ri6 grade B is priced from 35,000 to 38,000 VND/kg, while grade C is negotiable depending on quality. For Thai durian, the VIP grade is 105,000 VND/kg, grade A is between 90,000 and 95,000 VND/kg, grade B is from 70,000 to 75,000 VND/kg, and grade C is stable at 50,000 VND/kg.
Chuong Bo durian in the Mekong Delta is also notable with grade A priced from 63,000 to 65,000 VND/kg, grade B around 43,000 to 45,000 VND/kg, and grade C at 30,000 VND/kg. Sau Huu grade A durian is priced at 75,000 VND/kg, grade B around 55,000 VND/kg, while grade C is negotiable. Notably, Musang King grade A durian is priced from 130,000 to 133,000 VND/kg, grade B from 90,000 to 110,000 VND/kg, while grade C is priced flexibly. Black Thorn grade A durian is recorded at 125,000 VND/kg, grade B at 105,000 VND/kg, and grade C is also negotiable based on quality.
Southeast Region
Today's durian prices show similarities with some varieties in the Mekong Delta. Ri6 durian type A ranges from 55,000 to 58,000 VND/kg, type B from 35,000 to 38,000 VND/kg, and type C is negotiable. Thai durian type A is 90,000 to 95,000 VND/kg, type B from 70,000 to 75,000 VND/kg, and type C is around 50,000 VND/kg, suitable for diverse consumption needs.
Central Highlands region
Durian prices are not much different from those in the Southeast. Ri6 durian grade A is purchased from 55,000 to 58,000 VND/kg, grade B from 35,000 to 38,000 VND/kg, and grade C is negotiable based on quality. Thai durian grade A ranges from 90,000 to 95,000 VND/kg, grade B from 70,000 to 75,000 VND/kg, and grade C is stable at 50,000 VND/kg.
