Last week, rice prices in the Mekong Delta provinces continuously increased and decreased in opposite directions for paddy and rice. For by-products, the price of various by-products ranges from 6,900 - 9,500 VND/kg. Currently, the price of OM 5451 broken rice is at 9,300 - 9,500 VND/kg; the price of dry bran is at 6,900 - 7,050 VND/kg.

In the export market, Vietnam's rice export prices remained unchanged compared to yesterday. According to the Vietnam Food Association (VFA), 100% broken rice was at $427/ton; 5% standard rice was at $524/ton; and 25% broken rice was at $495/ton.
