On the morning of April 17, at the Gia Lai Provincial Museum, the Provincial People's Committee solemnly held the opening ceremony of the exhibition of archival documents combined with the return of cadres' files to B with the theme "50 years of independence and national unification: Rising up in the Bazan land". The exhibition of archival documents is expected to take place for 14 days (from April 17 to 30, 2025).

Returning 38 documents and relics to officials and relatives of officials who went to B.

The exhibition displays more than 300 documents, materials, images, and relics about the history of resistance war and national construction in the period of 1954-1975; the history of leadership in socio-economic development in the period of 1975-2025 of the Party Committee, government, and people of Gia Lai and returns 38 records and relics to cadres and relatives of cadres who went to B.

The exhibition is an opportunity for generations to review glorious history through archival documents and sacred relics preserved at the National Archives Center.

In particular, the exhibition of photos of the B-class cadres has a profound and unique meaning. The souvenirs and photos in the files are not only personal images, but also historical moments, recording the portraits of people who lived and contributed during the most difficult times of the nation.

Relatives were moved when receiving the souvenir.

Each souvenir, each photo is a story, a vivid memory of the sacrifice, courage and optimism of the cadres who went to B in the midst of the war; they help the present and future generations visualize more clearly the life, work and soul of those who put the interests of the Fatherland above all else.

Cadres go to B to talk about the process of living, fighting, working and studying.

The relics and photos displayed at the exhibition also have the value of connecting the past and the present, serving as a bridge for today's generations, especially young people and students, to feel the closeness and authenticity of history.

Exhibiting documents, materials, images, relics, and records is a way to preserve valuable heritage, while spreading the message of gratitude and responsibility to preserve those historical values.

Speaking at the exhibition, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Lich, Vice Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee, on behalf of the provincial leaders, sent to the revolutionary elders, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, Heroes of the People's Armed Forces, Labor Heroes, officers and soldiers of the People's Army, People's Police, wounded and sick soldiers, families of martyrs, families with meritorious services to the country, together with the distinguished delegates and all the people the warmest welcome, along with deep gratitude to the heroes, martyrs and cadres who sacrificed and contributed to the cause of national liberation .

The handing over of 38 files and relics to the cadres and relatives of the cadres who went to B is a humane gesture, expressing the deep gratitude of the Party, State and people for their silent contributions. Each relic, each file, each photo handed over is a memory that is rekindled, a flame of tradition that is lit, so that the young generation today and tomorrow will forever remember the contributions of the previous generations.

I hope that through this exhibition, you will feel more deeply the value of peace and independence; will be more proud of the history of the nation; let the lessons from the cadres who went to B, the simple but meaningful images in the profile, become a source of inspiration, motivating you to strive and contribute to the sustainable development of your province”, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Lich, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized.

The exhibition of archives is scheduled to take place over 14 days (from April 17 to 30, 2025).

On the occasion of the 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day, the Vice Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee called on all cadres, party members and people of the province to continue to promote the strength of great solidarity, turn gratitude into motivation for practical actions, join hands to care for families of martyrs and people with meritorious services; preserve and spread historical values; and at the same time strive to build an increasingly civilized and prosperous homeland.

The files and relics of cadres who went to B are all the files and papers created by cadres, workers and employees of Party and State agencies and local organizations who were sent to the South to work and by cadres from the South who gathered in the North to work, recuperate, receive medical treatment, and then return to the South.

The records and relics of the B-bound cadres managed by the National Archives Center III are civil records of the cadres: doctors, nurses, teachers, engineers, writers, artists, journalists, etc.
