Gia Lai: 1 collective and 1 individual received certificates of merit from the Vietnam Journalists Association

Accordingly, at the conference, the Vietnam Journalists Association awarded the 2024 Emulation Flag to 21 outstanding Association collectives; and at the same time awarded certificates of merit to 28 collectives and 51 individuals with outstanding achievements in professional work and Association building in 2024.

In which, Gia Lai has 1 collective and 1 individual awarded a certificate of merit by the Central Association including: Gia Lai Provincial Journalists Association and journalist Huynh Kien - Editor-in-Chief of Gia Lai Newspaper, Chairman of the Provincial Journalists Association.

Towards the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day and the 75th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Journalists Association in 2024, the emulation and reward work of the Vietnam Journalists Association continues to be implemented synchronously, enthusiastically and practically, creating a strong spread throughout the Association, creating solidarity and efforts of all members.

Emulation and reward work is carried out in accordance with regulations, publicly, democratically and promptly. Emulation Councils at all levels have paid attention to rewarding members who do not hold leadership or management positions; focused on rewarding by topic, and giving extraordinary rewards to groups and individuals with outstanding achievements. Along with that, attention has been paid to summarizing practices, replicating effective models and methods, and typical examples in the emulation movement to build a strong Association organization.

The emulation cluster continues to play an active role in organizing cluster meetings, signing agreements, launching emulation movements, scoring and evaluating emulation and rewards; conducting preliminary and final summaries of emulation movements, proposing solutions to difficulties; emulation and rewards work has achieved many positive results...
