Vietnam is one of five countries representing the continent invited to participate in the 6th China International Import Expo (CIIE) in Shanghai.

The Vietnam National Exhibition Area has an area of ​​256m2, focusing on introducing and promoting information, achievements and economic potential, promoting investment, trade and tourism in the following forms: broadcasting video clips on LED screens, printing promotional images, displaying documents, publications, and typical export products of Vietnamese enterprises.

The Vietnamese enterprises' booth at CIIE includes 34 enterprises, with 34 booths displaying on an area of ​​400 m2. Specialized agricultural products and processed foods are promoted by Vietnamese enterprises at this fair.

Participating enterprises have good export capacity and prestigious, quality Vietnamese brands such as Vinamilk, TH Truemilk, Quang Ngai sugar, Trung Nguyen coffee, Vinatea, Tan Vuong rice, Luong Quoi coconut, Cuu Long An Giang food, Sa Giang food,...

Trung Nguyen Coffee - a famous Vietnamese coffee brand - has participated in 6 fairs.

This time, coming to the 6th CIIE, this brand continues to introduce this trendy drink to international friends and further highlight the value of the Trung Nguyen coffee brand, seeking space for development and enhancing consumer confidence.

Mr. Ly Thanh Hai, Director of Business Development for China, Trung Nguyen Coffee Group shared that the company is currently promoting the coffee shop model in China and has opened two large shops in Shanghai last year and this year.

Mr. Hai emphasized: “In the near future, we will open more shops nationwide, with the plan to open 1,000 shops within the next 5 years. Our upcoming plan, in addition to opening shops, is to bring other energy coffee products, in addition to the currently very popular G7 product, to China, to introduce to all consumers in China.”

Vietnam's participation in this fair not only contributes to promoting the national image in terms of economy, investment and tourism, but also provides an opportunity to contribute to the completion of economic goals such as implementing the Government's commitment to international economic integration.

At the same time, increase official and sustainable exports to the Chinese market, reduce the trade deficit from this market; promote the brand and image of Vietnamese enterprises to China and other countries in the world to attract foreign investment, creating conditions for Vietnamese enterprises to seek markets and expand business.

The 6th CIIE is the first fair to be held entirely in person after the Covid-19 pandemic, with the number of booths and visitors having completely returned to pre-pandemic levels. With the theme of “New Era, Looking to the Future”, this year’s fair has an exhibition area of ​​over 300,000 square meters, including national exhibition areas for participating countries and a commercial exhibition area.

The 6th CIIE has 289 enterprises among the world's top 500 enterprises and leading Chinese enterprises participating, far exceeding previous fairs.

The fair also welcomed visitors from 154 countries, regions and international organizations, including least-developed countries, developing countries and developed countries. More than 400 new products, new technologies and new services were launched at the fair, making CIIE a grand show of innovation and creativity from all countries.
