Harry Kane scored again to contribute greatly to Bayern Munich's big win over Stuttgart with a score of 3-0 in the highlight match of round 15 of the Bundesliga.
The English star scored a double against Stuttgart in the 2nd and 55th minutes, thereby ending a streak of 3 consecutive matches without a goal.
This achievement helps Harry Kane officially reach the 20-goal mark in the Bundesliga in his first season participating, setting a new record in this arena.
According to Opta statistics, Harry Kane became the fastest player to score his first 20 goals in Bundesliga history (after 14 matches).
Previously, Uwe Seeler held the record when he scored 20 goals in 21 matches in the 1963/64 season. Norwegian striker Erling Haaland took 22 matches to score his first 20 goals in the Bundesliga.
This is also not the first time Harry Kane has set a record since joining Bayern Munich in the summer transfer window of 2023.
Previously, Harry Kane was the first player in Bayern Munich history to score more than 6 goals in the first 5 matches in the Bundesliga.
Most recently, Harry Kane set a record by becoming the first player in history to score 15 goals in his first 10 Bundesliga games, surpassing the 13-goal mark set by Klaus Matischak (when playing for Schalke in the 1963-64 season).
