In 2023, GELEX deployed 563 training course, 120 thousand hours with the participation of more than 13 thousand employees.

According to Ms. Mai Thi Minh Thu, Director of Human Resources Department of GELEX Group, the activities that the Training Department invests time and resources in are analyzing training needs, developing training content, setting clear goals and building a detailed plan for transformation. “We identify and closely link training goals to the business goals of the unit. Therefore, from survey, measurement and evaluation activities, we make improvements, creating continuous progress and development”.
Applying different methods of lesson delivery, combining diverse forms of training, developing detailed training implementation plans for each course and choosing appropriate tools, means, and equipment... the learning experience at GELEX is always rich, new, breaking down barriers in traditional learning by making the most of the application of technology.
Currently, GELEX is completing the E-learning training system to organize and manage online training, providing online courses and learning materials. “Using this form of training helps businesses save training costs, flexible training locations, and convenient for employees to participate in learning. At the same time, it helps the Training department easily monitor learning progress, evaluate training effectiveness and improve the training management process based on statistical data on the system.
