The meeting was chaired by comrades: Chau Ngoc Tuan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies; Do Tien Dong - Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Secretary in charge of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies.

Attending the meeting were comrades: Ha Son Nhin - former member of the Party Central Committee, former Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Pham Thi To Hai - member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; representatives of leaders of a number of agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; 26/34 delegates were those who directly participated in the liberation of Gia Lai province and the Ho Chi Minh Campaign in 1975 - parents of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers working at grassroots Party organizations under the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.
In a warm and friendly atmosphere, the delegates reviewed the heroic tradition of the nation. With a special strategic position in the Northern Central Highlands, Gia Lai was once a fierce battlefield, where the US imperialists and the Saigon government concentrated their forces to block the strategic Truong Son corridor. But they were defeated by the iron will and indomitable spirit of the army and people of Gia Lai. From the victories of Plei Me, Cheo Reo, Phu Bon, to the day the entire Gia Lai province was liberated on March 17, 1975, the iron will and indomitable fighting spirit of the army and people of Gia Lai were demonstrated.

Half a century has passed, but the echoes of the great victory of spring in 1975 still resound in the hearts of millions of Vietnamese people. It is not only a great historical milestone, but also a sacred reminder of the great sacrifices and losses of generations of fathers and brothers - those who fell for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland. Many generations of fathers and brothers left their blood and bones on the fierce battlefield; many cadres and soldiers sacrificed their youth to regain independence and freedom for the nation.
Speaking at the meeting, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Comrade Chau Ngoc Tuan expressed his deep gratitude and appreciation for the contributions of previous generations to the cause of liberating the province and completely liberating the South, unifying the country. Comrade Chau Ngoc Tuan affirmed that the meeting was a "bridge" connecting the past and the present, between the people who made history and the young generation who are following in the footsteps of their ancestors to build their homeland.

Comrade Chau Ngoc Tuan hopes and believes that, with the spirit and responsibility of soldiers on the battlefield in the past, those comrades who directly participated in the liberation of Gia Lai province and the Ho Chi Minh Campaign in 1975 will continue to actively participate and respond to local movements and activities and be shining examples for future generations to learn and follow. At the same time, they will continue to contribute ideas to the province in general and the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies in particular.
Regarding cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies, comrade Chau Ngoc Tuan requested to continue the tradition, make more efforts and try harder in performing assigned tasks, especially new and urgent tasks in the current period, contributing to the construction and development of the province.

On this occasion, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies presented meaningful gifts to the delegates.

Full of loyalty and love for those who have contributed
