At the meeting, the delegates reviewed the glorious victory of our army and people in the resistance war against the US to save the country; the achievements in socio -economic development after 50 years of liberating the South and unifying the country. In the two resistance wars against French colonialism and American imperialism, with the spirit of self-reliance, self-reliance, both fighting to protect and build the homeland and supporting the large frontline in the South, the army and people of Ha Nam mobilized more than 70,000 young people to join the army, tens of thousands of youth volunteers, hundreds of cadres from various sectors to participate in combat and serve in combat. There were more than 17,000 martyrs, tens of thousands of people who left part of their blood and bones on the battlefields; receiving and nurturing tens of thousands of students from the South to study, demonstrating the noble sentiment of the army and people of Ha Nam.
