Linking academia and practice at Vietnam - Italy Foodtech Day 2025

Vietnam - Italy Foodtech Day 2025 is not only a place to showcase technology but also a meeting place for students, lecturers, experts and businesses to share experiences and career opportunities. The series of activities taking place throughout the year includes: machinery exhibition, 6 thematic workshops (Chocolate, Gelato, Pizza, Mixology, Food Safety and Job fair), along with art performances and scholarship draws.

As the host, STU once again affirms its pioneering position in applied training, creating a solid bridge between schools and the labor market.
