Nearly 900 students participated in the mobile job fair

Việt NamViệt Nam05/09/2023

On September 5, the Provincial Employment Service Center coordinated with Ninh Binh College of Mechanics to organize a mobile job fair for students about to graduate. More than 20 businesses and nearly 900 students enthusiastically participated in this special job fair.

The mobile job fair was attended by more than 20 businesses in various fields of activity. Most of them were businesses that send workers to work abroad for a limited period of time. Representatives of the employers provided information on the needs, job positions, number of vacancies, salaries, working conditions and welfare regimes that workers have the opportunity to enjoy... These are important bases for workers to proactively choose suitable job positions, promote their own abilities and strengths with a commensurate salary.

Job fairs for students, especially those about to graduate, are meaningful activities that help them grasp information about the labor market. From there, they can proactively equip themselves with the necessary knowledge and skills to be ready to enter the labor market after graduation. This is also an opportunity for businesses to create sources and recruit quality, well-trained workers.

Through the connection between students and businesses, vocational training institutions receive feedback from businesses on the quality of students after training, thereby making appropriate changes in career selection, curriculum development, and teaching plans to suit current labor market trends.
