Speaking here, Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc expressed his gratitude for the kindness and noble gestures of individuals, units and organizations that have actively responded to practically supporting the poor through the Fund for the Poor at all levels and social security programs in the city.

According to the Organizing Committee, the peak month "For the poor" this year was implemented by Ho Chi Minh City from October 17 to November 18. At this launching ceremony, socio-political organizations, enterprises, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front system at all levels responded to build and repair 358 temporary and dilapidated houses worth 20 billion 440 million VND; The Ho Chi Minh City "For the poor" Fund received support and registration from 45 organizations and individuals with more than 18.9 billion VND.
