On November 20, in Ha Long City, the Quang Ninh Department of Tourism coordinated with the Quang Ninh Tourism Association and Sun Group to organize the "Quang Ninh - Four Seasons Destination" tourism stimulus cooperation announcement ceremony to increase competitiveness and attract tourists at the end of 2024 as well as increase the momentum for the tourism industry in 2025 and the following years.

The tourism stimulus program with the theme "Quang Ninh - Four-season destination" will be implemented from now until the end of the first quarter of 2025 with a series of products and services for tourists with deep discounts of up to 50%.
Luxury hotels offer up to 40% off room rates, 30% off banquet room rates, along with many attractive amenities, suitable for holidays and year-end company conferences and seminars.
Transport companies have also pledged to offer deep discounts of up to 25% on all airport shuttle and car packages for domestic and international tours from now until the end of the year. In particular, a series of cruise ship operators on Ha Long Bay have pledged to reduce services by 5-10%.
Units signed commitments to implement stimulus packages
At the announcement ceremony of the Quang Ninh tourism stimulus cooperation program, more than 200 businesses and business units signed a commitment to apply deep incentives while still ensuring the best quality and service for tourists.
In addition to the product packages registered by the units, from now until the end of the first quarter of 2025, Quang Ninh Tourism Association will continue to coordinate with the branches and enterprises to organize famtrip delegations of the central press and media agencies and some localities, and delegations of travel businesses from other provinces to Quang Ninh to survey destinations, enhance the introduction of Quang Ninh destination to domestic and international tourists. At the same time, the tourism industry of Quang Ninh province will carry out events and programs with highlights such as: Quang Ninh Culinary Festival at the end of December 2024; Spring Festival; many tourism enterprises, cruise ships, and international passenger ports are building programs with 1-2 days of free services for guests each month, creating an attraction for tourists to Quang Ninh.
