At the same time, closely coordinate with airlines and ground service units to ensure the quality of international baggage delivery services, flexibly limit family members from seeing off passengers during peak hours at passenger terminal T2.

Maintain strict on-duty regime at the Operation Coordination Center, emergency on-duty regime to ensure correct composition and subjects, to promptly direct and handle situations and incidents arising in operation activities. At the same time, coordinate with the Northern Air Traffic Management Company, the Aviation Meteorological Center, and the Information Center in the operation, guidance of aircraft, and warning of extreme weather to deploy response plans.

A representative of Noi Bai International Airport informed that the airport continues to implement the model of coordinated decision making at airports and airfields (A-CDM), ensuring safety and efficiency.

Closely coordinate with airlines to fully and promptly grasp flight plans to develop plans for aircraft parking locations, check-in counters, aircraft gate arrangements, and baggage conveyor allocation.

In addition, strictly check and monitor to ensure that 100% of passengers, luggage, goods, mail, and objects are checked and screened for security before being brought into restricted or isolated areas and boarding the plane.

Strictly implement procedures and regulations on controlling passenger identification documents used for air travel, increase random interviews of passengers at identification document checkpoints.

Turn on maximum X-ray machine during peak hours

To ensure the fastest traffic, the Port also maximizes security screening during peak hours.

Security forces coordinated with Noi Bai International Airport Police Station, Traffic Police Team No. 15, and Traffic Inspectorate to increase patrols and controls to maintain security, order, and traffic safety at the airport and neighboring areas.

Actively coordinate with the T2 Passenger Terminal Expansion Project Management Board and units to review and develop plans and exploitation options to ensure coordination, efficiency, and closely follow the construction progress of each phase of the project.

To ensure service quality, the Port arranges enough staff at the information desk, automatic customer care switchboard, service quality assurance hotline, etc. to ensure 24/7 availability to promptly guide and support passengers.

The port has also requested concessionaires to make commitments and develop plans to ensure passenger service during the holidays, and to ensure service time, quality of goods, and means of transporting passengers during early morning and late night hours.

During the holidays, passengers are advised to always check that their identification documents are still valid, read the instructions carefully to prepare their luggage according to regulations, and after completing check-in procedures, line up for security checks and other procedures to avoid waiting for each other, causing local congestion and flight delays.

Passengers need to check their belongings and belongings, making sure they are not left behind before leaving the station or airport. Download and use the iNIA application on your smartphone to quickly update flight information and check-in area locations.
