Nearly 170 thousand visitors come to Ninh Binh on the occasion of Hoa Lu Festival in 2025

According to the Department of Tourism , during the Hoa Lu Festival (from April 6 to April 8, 2025), the whole province welcomed more than 164,270 visitors, including over 52,700 international visitors and 111,570 domestic visitors, with estimated revenue of VND 300 billion. The average room occupancy rate reached 80-90%.

Hoa Lu Festival took place with many impressive and rich activities such as the opening program which was elaborately staged with a fireworks display at Dinh Tien Hoang De Square.

In addition, visitors and locals can also immerse themselves in the sacred festival atmosphere with traditional rituals and enjoy unique folk arts such as gong performances, drum dances, lion dances, martial arts and exciting folk games.

To ensure the safety of people and tourists, the Department of Tourism previously issued an Official Dispatch on strengthening security and safety at tourist areas and destinations during the Hoa Lu Festival in 2025. At the same time, it requires accommodation establishments, tourist areas and destinations to actively prepare facilities, human resources and strictly comply with regulations on publicly posting prices and selling at the correct listed prices...

Therefore, during the holidays, the security and order situation, and tourism civilization in the province are ensured. Thereby contributing to creating a meaningful pilgrimage for tourists when returning to the ancient capital; continuing to promote the brand image of Ninh Binh tourism, Hoa Lu Festival to many domestic and international friends.
