From early morning, nearly 1,500 police cadets were present at the central yard to decorate and arrange Tet booths. This year’s Spring Fair at the No. 1 Vocational Training and Education Center has more than 10 booths, each booth represents a company. Each company has 136-140 students. The stalls are brightly decorated. Each company's Tet booth sells many products, from hometown specialties such as peanut candy, green bean cake... to snacks loved by young people such as fried dumplings, fried balls... Student Nguyen Van Tuan Anh, Company C2, excitedly advertises his company's menu. Students of Company C10 check-in at the booth. Besides the Tet booth, the banh chung wrapping contest is also an activity that receives enthusiastic response. Each company will wrap 40 banh chung. From preparing ingredients to wrapping the cakes, the students will divide the work smoothly. For many students, this was their first experience wrapping banh chung. At first, the movements such as folding leaves, measuring rice, and tying strings were awkward and clumsy, but after just a few tries, everyone gradually became proficient, creating square, beautiful cakes. Student Le Ha Giang, Company C10, shared: “This is the first time I have made banh chung by myself, I feel both nervous and excited. Although I am not very skillful, I am very happy to make these cakes with my teammates.” About 400 Chung cakes of the Companies after completion will be given to poor students and families in difficult circumstances in the stationed area. In the series of activities to celebrate the Spring of At Ty 2025, there are also games such as duck catching, soccer... to help students have moments of relaxation, strengthen team spirit before entering the new year with new challenges.
