During the Lunar New Year holiday of the Year of the Snake 2025, the Saigon Railway Transport Branch will operate a maximum of 14 tourist trains daily on the Da Lat - Trai Mat - Da Lat route to serve tourists. The earliest train departs at 7:50 AM from Da Lat station and the latest train departs from Trai Mat at 9:20 PM.

Train services are arranged flexibly to suit the actual needs of passengers. The largest train can accommodate up to 166 passengers. Ticket prices for the Da Lat - Trai Mat train route during Tet remain unchanged compared to regular days, ranging from 72,000 VND to 150,000 VND for a one-way trip.

"Da Lat Night Journey" is a new tourism product from the railway industry aimed at continuing to provide passengers with new experiences, allowing them to appreciate the beauty of Da Lat at night, contributing to diversifying services and developing local tourism.

Before boarding the train, visitors can freely explore and take photos at Da Lat station – a unique ancient architectural structure inspired by the legendary Langbiang mountain and the traditional Central Highlands longhouse roof, or check in at the vintage train carriages in the Indochinese style.

Passengers traveling on the Da Lat - Trai Mat tourist train not only get to experience carriages designed in a royal style, but also enjoy free services such as tea, Wi-Fi, music , and complimentary snacks.

Representatives from Da Lat Railway Station stated that, in the near future, the railway industry will coordinate with the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee to develop the Da Lat - Trai Mat railway line into the most beautiful flower-lined road in Vietnam; develop Trai Mat station as a tourist destination; and develop Da Lat station into a cultural destination attracting tourists...

With its exceptional architectural and cultural value, Da Lat Railway Station was recognized as a National Historical Monument in 2001. For a long time, it has been an attractive destination for tourists visiting Da Lat city.

Dalat Railway Station, built between 1932 and 1938, is the only railway station in the Central Highlands region and is considered the most beautiful old railway station in Vietnam and Indochina.
