FPT and Prudential Vietnam sign strategic cooperation agreement

Recently, FPT Corporation signed a memorandum of understanding on strategic cooperation with Prudential Vietnam Life Insurance Company Limited.

Accordingly, FPT will advise on comprehensive digital transformation strategies and provide advanced information technology solutions and cashless payment solutions, supporting Prudential to improve management efficiency and expand its scope of operations.

The strategic cooperation agreement between Prudential and FPT demonstrates the commitment of the two units in concretizing the motto "Customer-centric", leveraging the power of technology to bring the best experience to customers.

After signing, the two parties will work together to help FPT build a comprehensive information technology strategy for Prudential, ensuring synchronization and high feasibility in implementation. The two partners will prioritize the implementation of electronic payment support solutions to shorten transaction time through Prudential's PRUOnline application.

In addition, the two sides will coordinate to implement incentive programs for common customers, aiming to provide integrated, convenient products and services that are suitable to customers' needs.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thanh Ha - Deputy General Director of Insurance Transactions of Prudential emphasized: "The cooperation between Prudential and FPT is built on the goal of bringing maximum benefits to customers, especially in optimizing the processing system. We understand that, in the current digital age, speed and efficiency in service processing are key factors to bring satisfaction to customers.

With the combination of FPT's advanced solutions and Prudential's long-standing experience in the insurance industry, we believe this cooperation will bring a more seamless, convenient and secure insurance service experience to customers in the future."

According to Mr. Vu Anh Tu - Group Technology Director, FPT and Prudential Vietnam have worked together for 15 years in areas such as providing infrastructure services, IT services and have achieved certain successes, promoting the development of both sides.

With this cooperation agreement, FPT and Prudential continue to mark a new milestone, FPT becomes a comprehensive digital transformation service provider for Prudential Vietnam, especially in the payment sector with its partner VISA.
