FPT Da Nang starts construction of FPT Plaza 4 Apartment Building

Delegates perform the groundbreaking ceremony of FPT Plaza 4 Apartment Building with a total investment of 2,790 billion VND.

FPT Plaza 4 Building Complex has a total investment of 2,790 billion VND with a scale of 20 floors above ground and 3 basements, providing nearly 1,400 apartments, meeting the living and working needs of FPT Corporation's employees in particular as well as residents in the area in general.

The building is designed with modern facilities and services, providing a convenient and comfortable living space. FPT Plaza 4 Building Complex will be a new highlight, completing the ecosystem for FPT Da Nang Technology Urban Area.

The groundbreaking ceremony of FPT Plaza 4 apartment building continues to contribute to completing the infrastructure of FPT technology urban area, creating more living and working opportunities for people in the city and other localities," said Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Quang Nam.

On behalf of the city's leaders, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Quang Nam acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of FPT Da Nang. At the same time, he requested departments, branches, and the People's Committee of Ngu Hanh Son district to uphold their sense of responsibility in handling administrative procedures, creating favorable conditions for investors to implement the project on schedule, soon complete and put the project into operation and use. FPT Da Nang Urban Joint Stock Company and FPT Group organize construction on schedule and research, survey, and invest in other important projects, contributing to promoting the city's socio-economic development in the coming time.

Mr. Nguyen Van Loc - Representative of the Investor shared that the whole city is joyful and excited to prepare to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Da Nang City Party Committee (March 28, 1930 - March 28, 2025) and the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Da Nang City (March 29, 1975 - March 29, 2025). FPT Da Nang Urban Joint Stock Company organized the groundbreaking ceremony of the FPT Plaza 4 Building complex, contributing to the commemorative works on this important occasion.

“With the motto of always fulfilling its commitments to the city leaders, the Company will carry out this project on schedule, ensure quality and is expected to put it into use in the second quarter of 2027,” said Mr. Nguyen Van Loc.

Currently, FPT Da Nang Technology Urban Area is an area that concentrates technology companies (FPT Software), Telecommunications (FPT Telecom), FPT Education Organization (FPT Education), this is the workplace and residence of nearly 10,000 IT experts and engineers in the Central region and the whole country. In addition, there is a high-quality inter-level education system from primary to university, with nearly 7,000 students and nearly 2,000 employees serving education and telecommunications.

FPT City has completed and put into use two buildings, FPT Plaza 1 and FPT Plaza 2 (with nearly 1,300 apartments) and has just topped out FPT Plaza 3 (more than 800 apartments).
