The opening ceremony of the Festival is the most anticipated event of this year because the opening ceremony is elaborately staged as a live performance held for the first time in the magical space of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex. The elements of rivers, mountains, music, light, projection mapping technology, contemporary dance art, water-skimming performances, calligraphy through dance art... are blended together to create a beautiful ink painting, telling the story of the history and culture of the ancient capital of Hoa Lu Ninh Binh and the quintessence of cultural colors of regions and areas along the length of the country.
According to the script, the opening ceremony will have about 700 artists and actors participating in stage performances, including about 300 boatmen from Trang An eco-tourism area, nearly 200 students from Hoa Lu University, soldiers of Brigade 241, Army Corps 12. Along with local forces, artists and actors from domestic art troupes are also actively practicing, ready for the opening night.

Mr. Tran Thanh Tung (from Bac Ninh) will participate in the martial arts group performing the opening act of the opening ceremony, sharing: For a month now, the group has been practicing every day and as the festival approaches, the group has coordinated with other departments to practice the complete act. Along with the efforts of artists, actors, and program production crews, preparations for the organization of the Festival were also urgently completed by agencies, units, and localities in the province on schedule. The Department of Culture and Sports coordinated with units to well prepare for the reception and arrange accommodation for delegates, artists, and actors attending the opening ceremony of the Festival.
The power supply plan was deployed early by Ninh Binh Electricity, which inspected the power system, arranged power sources to serve activities within the framework of the Festival, ensuring safety and continuity, and had a plan to arrange backup generators and use electricity from generators for activities.
The Department of Health presides over and coordinates with relevant agencies and units to implement disease prevention and control work in the area, spraying disinfectants and insecticides in the areas where the opening and closing ceremonies will be held. The Department of Health has also arranged human resources, medicine, and medical equipment to provide emergency care at the areas where the Festival activities will take place.
Strengthening inspection and guidance on ensuring food safety for restaurants, hotels, tourist areas, and food service establishments where delegates and visitors eat and stay. At the same time, environmental sanitation, ensuring security and order, bomb and explosive clearance, fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue, etc. are also coordinated by the Provincial Police, the Provincial Military Command, the Department of Transport, etc. to be implemented on schedule, ensuring conditions for the organization of the Festival opening ceremony and programs taking place at the Festival.
Colonel Dinh Trong Soan, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department, said: The Provincial Police Department has developed 6 plans to ensure security and order at the Festival, including: Ensuring security and order at the opening and closing ceremonies; fire prevention, firefighting, rescue and relief plans; ensuring traffic order and safety for delegates and visitors attending the Festival. Before the Festival events took place, the Provincial Police Department leaders coordinated with relevant agencies and units to inspect the plans for implementing the construction of stages and stands at the opening and closing ceremonies and the venues for the events; requested the units to coordinate in calculating, arranging, and having specific and detailed plans for areas at risk of fire and explosion, arranging fire trucks and forces ready to perform the tasks.
The Provincial Police Department coordinated with the Department of Transport and Trang An Eco-tourism Area and Thung Nham Eco-tourism Area to organize detailed traffic diversion at the two locations where the Festival activities took place, ensuring convenience and no congestion for the participating delegations and activities within the framework of the Festival. To serve the task of ensuring security and order at the event, the Provincial Police Department mobilized 770 officers and soldiers to perform their duties.
At the tourist areas chosen as the venues for the Festival's activities, Trang An Eco-tourism Area and Thung Nham Eco-tourism Area, preparations for the Festival have also been completed, ready to welcome delegates and visitors to the event.
Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Lan, Head of Business Department, Thung Nham Eco-tourism Area said: Being chosen as the venue for the Northern-Central cultural heritage program, international cultural exchange and the closing ceremony of the Festival, the Tourist Area has proactively planned for the event, coordinated with departments, branches and sectors of the province so that the preparation takes place smoothly and on schedule. In addition, to welcome a large number of visitors to visit and attend the event, the enterprise also focuses on embellishing the landscape, arranging, replacing new flowers at check-in points; checking and reviewing the conditions of accommodation and cuisine, ready to welcome guests throughout the event. In particular, the culinary area with a capacity of over 1,000 guests is ready to serve the culinary needs of delegates and visitors...
