The above content is stated in the press release that Eximbank issued tonight, October 15.

Previously, on social networks, the front page of a document titled "Urgent petition and reflection on serious risks leading to unsafe operations of... Eximbank" was spread.

Eximbank confirmed that this is an unauthenticated document, of unknown origin, and without signature or seal.

"Eximbank is asking the authorities to support the verification and clarification of the motive for the dissemination of this document to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the bank, customers, shareholders and partners.

Through this press release, Eximbank affirms that the bank is still operating stably, safely and effectively, meeting the diverse financial needs of customers and partners. Eximbank's financial data is always publicly transparent and independently audited according to international standards," the bank affirmed.

Eximbank also said that its key financial indicators are currently at a high and stable level of safety, meeting well the requirements on capital and liquidity and being fully capable of withstanding market risks.

The Bank always complies with the provisions of the law and the State Bank of Vietnam, ensuring transparency in all activities.

Yesterday, after the document went viral online, Eximbank's EIB shares fell from VND19,100/share to VND18,250/share, equivalent to a decrease of 4.45%. Today, EIB shares continued to fall slightly to VND18,200/share.

Recently, Eximbank announced the convening of an extraordinary shareholders' meeting on November 28 in Hanoi.

The meeting was held to approve the change of the location of Eximbank's head office and other matters under its authority. The last registration date to enjoy the right to attend the meeting and vote is October 29.

Previously, at this year's annual general meeting of shareholders, Eximbank also submitted a plan to move its headquarters from the 8th floor of Vincom Center, 72 Le Thanh Ton, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, to the office building (Fideco Center) at 28 Phung Khac Khoan, Da Kao Ward, District 1. However, this proposal was not approved by the general meeting of shareholders.
