According to the EVN Organization and Personnel Board (standing board of EVN Enterprise Innovation and Development Board), in 2024, EVN has proactively and actively implemented tasks on enterprise arrangement, restructuring, innovation (ED), equitization (E) and divestment according to the instructions of competent authorities, Directive No. 3535/CT-EVN on the implementation of EVN's enterprise arrangement and innovation in 2024, as well as the 2024 Work Program and other instructions of the Board of Directors during the year.
Regarding the work of reorganization and restructuring, EVN has reported and explained and the Prime Minister has issued Decision No. 1271/QD-TTg dated October 25, 2024 approving the EVN restructuring project for the period up to the end of 2025. The EVN Board of Members has issued a Decision on promulgating the Project Implementation Plan.

The Prime Minister has issued Decisions on separating the National Power System Dispatch Center (A0) from EVN and the policy of establishing the National Power System and Electricity Market Operation Company Limited (NSMO) under the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises, transferring NSMO from the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises to the Ministry of Industry and Trade. NSMO was handed over to the Ministry of Industry and Trade on August 12, 2024.
EVN's Board of Members has approved the Project to restructure 9 Corporations under EVN for the period up to the end of 2025. EVN has also implemented the arrangement and restructuring of the organization and operations of a number of units in the Group to suit the practical production and business activities.
The Group has coordinated, completed handover procedures and officially received and operated Phu My 3 BOT Power Plant on March 1, 2024, and Phu My 2.2 BOT Power Plant on February 4, 2025.
Regarding equitization, the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises has issued a Decision approving the actual value of State capital at the time of official conversion into a joint stock company of the parent company - Power Generation Corporation 3 (EVNGENCO3).
EVN has implemented the work related to completing the equitization settlement dossier of Power Generation Corporation 2 (EVNGENCO2), reporting to the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises. The Committee has sent a document to the State Audit Office regarding the audit of the value of the state capital at the time of official conversion into a joint stock company of the parent company - EVNGENCO2.

Regarding equitization, continue to carry out the equitization settlement of the Parent Company - EVNGENCO2 according to the direction of the competent authority; urge the State Audit to audit the equitization settlement value of the Parent Company - EVNGENCO2; report to the competent authority for consideration and approval of the equitization settlement dossier of the Parent Company - EVNGENCO2.
EVN will coordinate with EVNGENCO3 to carry out the handover of equitized enterprises to joint stock companies according to regulations.
