Foreign Minister Kuleba spoke with Mr Borrell in the bomb shelter and Mr Borrell expressed the EU's solidarity and support for Kiev.
Meanwhile, the Telegram channel "Mash" said that the Russian military used a new upgraded version of the Geran-2 suicide unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), using stealth materials, in attacks on targets in Ukraine on December 29.
Mash channel stated: "In today's (December 29) attack on Ukrainian targets, it is worth noting the new modified version of the black Geran. It is reported that this updated UAV model is made of composite materials that absorb radio waves, significantly reducing the effectiveness of the enemy's mobile air defense system."
In addition, the new upgrade is equipped with a jet engine, which helps increase the speed of the UAV. The author believes that anti-aircraft machine guns and anti-aircraft artillery systems are powerless against this type of UAV.
