On April 8, in Ho Chi Minh City, the founder of Ecopark launched the first Home Retreat project in Vietnam - the houses are located at Eco Retreat - the first project developed according to the concept of therapeutic, restorative, and regenerative forests in the South.
"Home Retreat is a place that redefines the value of life, when a house is not only a beautiful space to live, but also a place that helps people balance their physical, mental and emotional health, bringing a comprehensive retreat lifestyle in every moment", the representative of Ecopark's founder affirmed.
Home Retreat is located in a pioneering retreat living space and environment in the South.
To become the first Home Retreat in Vietnam, the founder of Ecopark created a product and living space that satisfied 3 conditions.
Firstly, Home Retreat is located in the retreat space and living environment. A retreat house cannot exist independently but must be placed in a retreat ecosystem according to the green living standards of therapy, recovery and regeneration. To create this ideal ecosystem, the founder of Ecopark said that 4 million trees, flowers and herbs will be planted, forming 8 layers, contributing to building a balanced and closed living environment at Eco Retreat.
This green tree system was planted many years ago in gardens near the project, well adapted to the local climate, ensuring strong growth when planted. The trees are cared for by Ecopark's experienced Green Tree Team, who contributed to creating Ecopark - City of a million trees, Urban area with the most beautiful landscape in the world , the best metropolis in Asia.
Home Retreat benefits from 23 hectares of water surface
Besides trees, water is also Ecopark's "secret weapon" that contributes to creating a retreat living environment. "With 23 hectares of ecological water surface, when the steam rises, it will help lower the temperature by about 2-3 degrees compared to the surrounding area. The aquatic plant system around the lake has the ability to filter fine dust, absorb CO2, and create fresh air. The water surface also helps with biodiversity, attracting migratory and native birds, creating a balanced and sustainable living environment," said Ms. Mai Thi Hong Quyen - representative of Ecopark's founder.
Second, Home Retreat inherits the retreat utility system. The living space landscape is not only beautiful but also has to have a positive impact on the physical and mental health of residents. Each Home Retreat house is planned within a radius of 200 m, residents can access one of 20 retreat gardens arranged in a continuous circle to create a 50-hectare retreat.
Garden of Patience
These themed gardens are not only places for relaxation, but also help residents restore and improve their mental and physical health: Vitamin gardens increase exposure to fresh sunlight, reading gardens help with deep perception and thinking, exercise gardens increase physical fitness, camping gardens increase connection, relaxing sound gardens nourish the mind and eliminate distractions, fishing gardens maintain patience, chess gardens maintain clarity, herbal gardens help strengthen the respiratory system, meditation and yoga gardens increase flexibility, etc.
In particular, residents at each Home Retreat can enjoy and immerse themselves in nature with an 8km long forest bathing path along the water surface, helping to improve their health.
Gym for physical training
In addition to the gardens that help residents retreat from nature, the founder of Ecopark also designed activities with active retreat therapies to supplement such as: mineral baths, meditation, yoga, spa therapy, nutritional counseling, psychological counseling and daily retreat practices. Retreat therapies are not only suitable for all ages but also promote the improvement of 6 comprehensive human development indexes: PQ (health), IQ (intelligence), EQ (emotion), SQ (social) and CQ (creativity), AQ (willpower).
99.9% of low-rise houses at Home Retreat are not located facing west.
Third, Home Retreat is optimally designed to receive sunlight, natural wind and enhance the connection with nature. "99.9% of low-rise houses at Home Retreat completely avoid the main west direction. That means that at Eco Retreat, there are no houses that have to close the curtains all day to prevent heat, but there will only be houses with wide windows to receive sunlight, natural wind into the house, sunlight passing through the cool trees before reaching the porch. Each low-rise home retreat has a garden. This is each family's private retreat garden, allowing freedom to creatively design the function, and is also a living space that connects the family, warms the atmosphere of affection. Home retreat also uses natural materials, is environmentally friendly and sustainable over time", informed the representative of Ecopark founder.
Houses under the forest canopy at Eco Retreat
"If you are a guest, you can only enjoy the living environment and retreat facilities for a short time, you do not have a retreat house every day. Likewise, if you own a house with a retreat design elsewhere, you are lacking the retreat living environment and retreat facilities. That is why since Eco Retreat was introduced to the market, it has received great attention from people with real housing needs as well as investors," an investor shared about the uniqueness of Home Retreat.
The Home Retreat customer introduction event will take place on April 20, 2025. Interested customers should contact one of the 20 official Eco Retreat agents for detailed advice and registration.
