Specifically, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the dedication and serious and thorough research process to propose the investment plan for the commercial - tourist area project in the east of Duy Thanh commune of Hoang Ha Bexco Eco-tourism Joint Stock Company in the past time.
The project will create a new tourism product of scale and stature, contributing significantly to promoting socio-economic development in the area. However, the process of researching, proposing, and implementing investment procedures for the project is lengthy, causing waste of time and slow resource mobilization for development.
To speed up the project implementation progress, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Chairman of Duy Xuyen District People's Committee to urgently direct the review of relevant construction planning documents in the project area; review and make detailed statistics on the current land use status in the proposed project area, specifically showing the types of land on the land management map, in which attention should be paid to the area of about 29 hectares of land managed by Duy Thanh Commune People's Committee...
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested the Department of Agriculture and Environment to be responsible for monitoring, guiding and urging the People's Committee of Duy Xuyen district to review and evaluate the current status of land use; appraise and advise the Provincial People's Committee to consider and approve the transfer, lease of land use rights, and capital contribution in the form of land use rights to implement investment projects; note that the advisory document of the Department of Agriculture and Environment must clearly state whether the area of about 29 hectares of land managed by the People's Committee of Duy Thanh commune and other land areas managed by State agencies and organizations (if any) meet the conditions, criteria, scale and ratio to separate into independent projects or not; report to the Provincial People's Committee before April 15, 2025 for consideration and direction of settlement.
