Checking online, I found that the E. language center had warned about the exploitation and use of images to advertise exam cheating services.
E.'s verified Facebook account stated: "Some malicious individuals are using images, articles, and information impersonating the E. brand for nefarious purposes… E. has recorded cases where students have been scammed out of tens of millions of VND but have not received the desired qualifications."
Similarly, the M. language center has posted warnings and instructions on how to distinguish between fake and official websites...
International language proficiency exams have strict and rigorous procedures and organization. People need to be wary of online advertisements offering to take exams on their behalf.
To avoid being scammed, students themselves must be honest, serious, and committed to studying and taking exams genuinely.
Otherwise, you could face consequences if you are caught using fake certificates or cheating on exams. In the short term, you could lose money immediately due to dishonesty and blindly believing deceptive online advertisements.
Impersonating officials to set traps.

On the afternoon of March 31, the Ministry of Finance announced that a fake Facebook page of the Ministry of Finance was being used to scam people out of their money.
This page uses images and information from the Ministry of Finance, falsely claiming to represent the Ministry of Finance and capable of "recovering money" for victims of online fraud. The Ministry advises citizens and businesses to report any signs of fraud to the authorities.
