Duc Tri holds live concert to celebrate his 51st birthday

Musician Duc Tri held a live concert "Co doi lan" to celebrate his 51st birthday, inviting Ho Ngoc Ha, Ho Quynh Huong, Lan Nha, and Trung Quan Idol to sing.

The musician said that Ha Ho was the first guest he thought of when deciding to do the show. "She is very busy but rarely says no to me. We don't have many opportunities to meet and talk, but she is always there when needed. This live concert is on my birthday (October 4). At the age of 51, I am happy to have a precious friendship," he said.

Duc Tri was the one who guided and trained Ho Ngoc Ha to pursue a singing career in the early 2000s. He was the one who initiated the Love Songs project, which later became the singer's brand. The musician produced the first two Love Songs albums for Ho Ngoc Ha. Many of his songs such as: Listening to the rain at night, And I fell in love, and The dream is just a dream performed by Ho Ngoc Ha were loved by the audience.

The artist said that in recent years he has had the opportunity to collaborate with young singers such as Anh Tu and Trung Quan Idol, and feels that he is not "old" at all, still energetic in composing, teaching, and making music.

"They sing very well, a new source of energy that makes my old songs have a different color. I think it's impossible to compare which generation sings better, that's how music should be. Audiences love compositions according to their own preferences and ages," he said.

Currently, Duc Tri and his crew are working on a script for nearly 30 performances. The song list as well as the two remaining guests are kept secret.

Duc Tri was born in 1973, graduated from the Contemporary Music Compilation and Production major at Berklee College of Music in Boston, USA. He has produced albums for singers Ho Ngoc Ha, Ho Quynh Huong, Duc Tuan, Le Hieu, Pham Anh Khoa, Phuong Vy, Quoc Thien. He has many songs loved by young people such as: Giac mo chi la giac mo, Ta cho con ai, Khi giac mo ve, Co nhau tron doi, Luc moi yeu . He once founded the company Music Faces, specializing in training singers, including Ho Ngoc Ha, Phuong Vy, Le Hieu, Suboi.
