Putting into use nearly 400 billion provincial road connecting Ho Chi Minh City

The newly put into use route is the axis connecting many industrial parks and clusters in Can Giuoc district, Long An international port connecting Nha Be district, Ho Chi Minh City.

On the afternoon of January 15, the People's Committee of Long An province held the inauguration ceremony of provincial road 826E, from Long Hau commune, Can Giuoc district, Long An province.

The project has two components including construction of Tan Khanh bridge, Ba Dang bridge and site clearance from the provincial budget investment capital.

Long An provincial leaders performed the inauguration ceremony of provincial road 826E.

The 40m wide road, with 6 lanes, a 1.5m wide median strip, and nearly 3km long, was built with the investment of four businesses in Long An with a total cost of over 389 billion VND.

According to Mr. Dang Hoang Tuan - Director of Long An Department of Transport, in the future, this route connecting with National Highway 50, the Southwest dynamic axis (Pham Hung extended road of Ho Chi Minh City) to Long Hau industrial park, Nguyen Van Tao road (Ho Chi Minh City) ... will create new development momentum.

This is a socialized project, of important significance in mobilizing enterprises to coordinate with the State to build transport infrastructure to serve the socio-economic development of Ho Chi Minh City and Long An.

Mr. Nguyen Van Ut - Chairman of Long An Provincial People's Committee said that the inauguration of provincial road 826E starting from provincial road 826E; ending point adjacent to Long Hau road connecting to Ho Chi Minh City has a great impact on the socio-economic development of Long An province, with the desire to create a millennium city with the appearance of modern international metropolises.

Provincial Road 826E has been completed and put into use to serve people during the Lunar New Year.

In the coming time, Long An will continue to research and propose mechanisms and policies, creating favorable conditions to attract businesses to invest in transport infrastructure, supporting businesses to develop and participate in projects in the area, especially in Can Giuoc district.
