Quang Nam tourism launches 10 billion VND incentive package to attract tourists

Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee coordinated with relevant agencies, units and more than 100 tourism businesses in the area to organize a 2024 tourism stimulus program with the theme "Quang Nam - Green Heritage". The program lasts from May to November 2024, including 2 phases: Phase 1 "Quang Nam - Summer Emotions" from May to August 2024 and Phase 2 "Quang Nam Golden Season" from September to the end of November 2024.

Businesses operating in the tourism sector participate in the program.

In phase 1 of "Quang Nam - Summer Emotions", there are many special tourism packages with preferential price policies such as: 3-day 2-night accommodation and pick-up and drop-off package, visitors experience a vacation at a luxury hotel and freely visit famous places such as Hoi An Ancient Town, My Son Sanctuary, Cu Lao Cham - Hoi An World Biosphere Reserve; high-class beach resort package, golf; green tourism experience package to nature, mountains, forests, islands, rivers, lakes, camping....

In addition, many unique destinations will be included in Quang Nam tourism programs. Tourists will be able to explore winding roads through peaceful villages of the Co Tu and Ca Dong ethnic groups or conquer majestic peaks such as Dinh Que - Tay Giang...; or travel programs and summer camps from 1 to 14 days for children from 7 to 18 years old.

Phase 2 of “Golden Season of Quang Nam” is a program that attracts tourists from September to November. The program creates golden season experiences for tourists with products such as: Mossy Old Town, Countryside Flavors, Hoi An in the Flood Season, New Rice Festival.

This stimulus program is widely distributed by the Quang Nam tourism business community directly offering to tourists. The products are combo packages with discounts on room rates, food and beverage services, tourist attractions, transportation units... such as discounts (20% - 50%) or golden hours with deep discounts (up to 80% off)...

International visitors flock to Hoi An city.

Since the beginning of the year, Quang Nam province has welcomed nearly 1.7 million visitors; of which, international visitors are estimated at nearly 1 million, an increase of 36% over the same period in 2023. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hong - Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Nam province said that the 2024 tourist attraction stimulus program with the theme "Quang Nam - Green Heritage Area" has a total incentive value of nearly 10 billion VND to introduce many unique tourism products and services to tourists.

“The program promises to bring many interesting and new experiences to tourists, especially during the upcoming long holiday of April 30 - May 1. Through this, it will contribute to promoting the business brand and effectively exploiting the tourist markets to Quang Nam, contributing to the effective and sustainable development of tourism in Quang Nam province in the coming time,” said Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hong.
