If implemented, the project aims to form a service complex including: Commercial center and apartments, resort hotels, high-class residential areas, community sports clubs, artificial ski areas, private beaches and wave pools, international schools, private hospitals... Notably, PDSI Group also designed and built 2 Golf courses (The Lakes and The Links) in the project with a planned location in the southern area of ​​Phan Thiet extending to the border of Thuan Quy commune, Ham Thuan Nam district.
