Accordingly, the locality has received information about the Service Complex combined with Golf course with a scale of about 425 hectares with a total estimated implementation cost of up to 2.6 billion USD that PDSI Group (headquartered in Dubai) wishes to invest in Binh Thuan. The idea of this project was shared by Mr. Peter Dalkeith Scott - Chairman of PDSI Group at a working session with the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee at the end of March 2025. If implemented, the project aims to form a service complex including: Commercial center and apartments, resort hotels, high-class residential areas, community sports clubs, artificial ski areas, private beaches and wave pools, international schools, private hospitals... Notably, PDSI Group also designed and built 2 Golf courses (The Lakes and The Links) in the project with a planned location in the southern area of Phan Thiet extending to the border of Thuan Quy commune, Ham Thuan Nam district.

Currently, Binh Thuan has also formed 2 golf courses that have been put into operation, of which 1 golf course meets PGA standards, 1 golf course is considered to have the highest difficulty level among the coastal golf courses in Asia (according to the assessment of famous experts and commentators in the world ). Thus, with the idea of investing in 2 more golf courses according to international standards and the world's leading USGA tournament quality at the Golf Course Service Complex project, Binh Thuan can attract high-class golfers. Thereby creating conditions for the locality to coordinate in organizing famous golf tournaments as well as opening up opportunities for Binh Thuan to build a "golf tourism" product to attract luxury guests, with long stays and high spending.
In March, the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial People's Committee also had a working session with Sun Group on investment cooperation to continue researching and investing in many new projects, in line with Binh Thuan's planning and the Group's advantages. It is known that at the end of last year, Sun Group was approved to become the investor of the new Ham Tien - Mui Ne commercial and service urban area (Phan Thiet City). With the memorandum of understanding on strategic investment development cooperation signed between the Provincial People's Committee and Sun Group, Binh Thuan expects to develop a systematic tourism - resort - entertainment ecosystem, gradually turning the province into a destination worthy of national and international stature. According to the orientation, Sun Group will prioritize resources to conduct research, survey, and build projects, focusing on areas with tourism potential and advantages: Phan Thiet, Ham Thuan Nam, Bac Binh, Tuy Phong...
Recently, the signing ceremony of a comprehensive cooperation agreement between the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province and Vietnam Airlines Corporation for the period 2025 - 2030 took place in Phan Thiet. This event is considered a good opportunity for the two sides to promote mutual support in developing tourism, trade and service products when Phan Thiet Airport is accelerating its investment progress and soon put into use. "Opening" the sky right in the resort capital not only creates a boost to help Binh Thuan tourism develop strongly, but also supports the promotion and spread of the destination brand to the outside to increase attraction, especially international visitors.
With the typical image of "Blue sea - white sand - yellow sunshine" and the strength of resorts and sports on the sea - sand dunes, Binh Thuan is always a favorite destination for many tourists, chosen for their trips to experience, explore, have fun and have fun... And with many "bright spots" recorded recently, it is hoped that Binh Thuan will take full advantage of opportunities to continue to improve its competitiveness in attracting visitors, affirming itself as a safe, friendly, and quality destination on the path of developing green and sustainable tourism.
