Paragliding to see the golden season in Mu Cang Chai
Early September is the most beautiful time of the year in Mu Cang Chai (Yen Bai) with golden rice fields stretching across the valley. In Lim Mong village, Cao Pha commune, Mu Cang Chai district, the paragliding festival "Flying over the scenic area - golden season 2024" will take place, promising to attract a large number of locals and tourists during the September 2nd tourism holiday.
Coming here, visitors will be able to admire paragliding flights, unique performances and experience directly with pilots.
According to the organizers, at the event, 20 powered paraglider pilots will fly in coordination, creating artistic shapes in the air with light smoke; hundreds of pilots (non-powered paragliders) will take off from the top of Khau Pha Pass, fly along Lim Mong Valley and land at the landing site near the opening ceremony location.
Most special is the paragliding and flag raising performance to celebrate National Day September 2.
The program offers tandem flight experiences for visitors using both powered and unpowered paragliding, taking place from August 25 to November 30. From the air, visitors can admire and feel the surreal beauty of Mu Cang Chai terraced fields.

Zipline between mountains and hills, 'heart-stopping' glass bridge in Moc Chau
Recently, the thrilling game of zipline is becoming popular among tourists when they come to Moc Chau (Son La). The feeling of floating in the air, admiring the majestic nature of the Northwest mountains and forests makes tourists both excited and nervous. This is an interesting activity for tourists to experience on the occasion of September 2.
The zipline in Moc Chau is about 700m long with 4 parallel slides. The starting point of the slide is at an altitude of more than 130m.

For visitors who like to challenge heights, walking on the Bailong Glass Bridge is also an experience worth trying. In 2022, the Guinness World Records Organization awarded the Bailong Glass Bridge the certificate of the World's Longest Pedestrian Glass Bridge.
The bridge has a total length of 632m, located in Muong Sang commune, Moc Chau district, Son La province. The bridge spans two 305m long canyons, with large glass panels measuring 2.4 x 3m on the surface. At the end of the bridge is Muong Mooc cave, also known as Chim Than cave, with natural stalactites.

Take the mountain train and cable car to see the golden season in Sa Pa
Late August and early September is the time when the terraced fields in Sa Pa (Lao Cai) put on a brilliant, graceful "coat" of yellow, attracting tourists from everywhere to come and admire.
Visitors can wake up early in the morning, feel the cold weather covered in mist, sit on the Muong Hoa mountain train from town through the valley, and see the rice fields looming.
