As someone who works in the culinary industry, we decided to go to Ha Tinh to attend the opening ceremony of the beach tourism, especially when we heard that there would be a performance of making the longest fried spring roll in Vietnam.
I have enjoyed this specialty dish of Ha Tinh for a long time and have also tried to prepare it. However, fried spring rolls prepared locally by Ha Tinh people have their own delicious taste. On the other hand, I am also curious to know how the chefs of Nguyen Du College will prepare the 20.23m long spring rolls.

I had been to Xuan Thanh tourist area a few years ago. This time I came back, I noticed that this tourist area has changed a lot. We stayed in a very comfortable 4-star hotel. This is the first time Kyo has come to Ha Tinh to perform, but through the script and the performances in the program, Kyo envisions Ha Tinh as a countryside rich in culture and humanity. Especially, there are many very sweet and profound songs.

On this trip, some of my colleagues and I decided to explore Ha Tinh beach. Our itinerary will start from Xuan Thanh tourist area, then go to Quynh Vien and Thien Cam.
We chose Xuan Thanh as the first place on the trip because we wanted to attend and immerse ourselves in the festival atmosphere at the opening ceremony of Ha Tinh sea tourism 2023.
