From October 20, Quang Ninh province has decided to extend the visiting hours in Ha Long Bay. Thus, tourists will soon be able to see the most beautiful sunset in Asia at the world natural heritage.
On October 14, information from the Ha Long Bay Management Board said that starting from October 20, tourists will be able to experience Ha Long Bay longer than previously regulated.

Mr. Vu Kien Cuong, Head of Ha Long Bay Management Board, said that from October 20, for day-trip boats, in the summer (from April 1 to October 31), they can depart from 5:00 a.m. and arrive no later than 8:00 p.m.; while currently, tourist boats can only depart from 6:00 a.m. and arrive no later than 7:00 p.m. In the winter (from November 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025), day-trip boats visiting Ha Long Bay will depart from 5:30 a.m. and arrive no later than 7:00 p.m.; while currently, boats must depart from 6:30 a.m. and arrive no later than 6:30 p.m.

For overnight cruise ships in Ha Long Bay and Bai Tu Long Bay, they must arrive at their accommodation no later than 6:30 p.m. in winter and 7:00 p.m. in summer. The operating hours of water-based entertainment facilities in Ha Long Bay start at 5:30 a.m. and end at 6:30 p.m. The above regulations do not apply to cruise ships that are not transporting passengers. The above change in the daily tour schedule for Ha Long Bay has brought visitors a new experience this fall.
