In the Northwest, there will be rain in some places, early morning there will be fog in some places, in the Northwest, it will be sunny in the afternoon. It will be cold, very cold in some places.

In the Northeast, on March 8, there will be rain in some places, fog in some places in the early morning; cold weather, with severe cold in some mountainous areas. On the night of March 8 and on March 9, there will be light rain, drizzle and scattered fog; cold weather, with severe cold in some mountainous areas.

North Central region has rain in some places, early morning fog in some places, especially on March 9 early morning there is fog and light fog; cold weather.

The area from Quang Binh to Khanh Hoa has rain, showers and thunderstorms in some places. In the north, on March 8, it will be cold at night and early morning.

In other areas, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms in the evening and at night, and sunny during the day. In the Southern Central Highlands and the South, on the evening of March 9, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places.

In addition, Mr. Hoang Phuc Lam, Deputy Director of the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, said that the cold air mass weakened from around March 9-10, causing light rain, drizzle and humidity to reappear in the Northeast.
